We understand that games can run longer than expected. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late returns may be subject to additional rental fees because they can affect other players who have reserved the same shoes. If the shoes are not returned and we are unable to reach you, replacement charges may be applied to your authorized payment method in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
Yes. You may cancel or request changes before your rental begins, subject to inventory availability. Since each pair is reserved for a specific customer, we recommend making any changes as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Normal wear from playing basketball is expected and won’t result in additional charges. However, if the shoes are returned with excessive damage—such as cuts, burns, intentional alterations, missing components, or damage beyond normal use—you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
To keep our service available for everyone, we ask that you:
* Return the shoes by the agreed return time.
* Do not alter, paint, customize, or repair the shoes.
* Do not transfer the shoes to another person.
* Return the same pair you rented.
Violations of these terms may result in additional fees, suspension of rental privileges, or replacement charges as described in the Rental Agreement.
Depending on the rental, we may place a refundable security deposit or payment authorization on your card at checkout. If the shoes are returned on time and in acceptable condition, the hold will be released according to your financial institution’s processing times.
